Most projects don’t fail during construction. They fail much earlier—when design intent, budget, and delivery strategy quietly drift out of alignment.
That gap is where I work.
With 20+ years of client-side experience across architectural design and program delivery in NSW, I bring something that’s genuinely rare to complex built environment projects: the ability to define what should be built, and the experience to make sure it actually gets delivered that way.
That means I can lead from the earliest feasibility conversations — shaping the brief, stress-testing the concept, aligning the stakeholders — and stay engaged through procurement, construction, and handover. I don’t hand off. I follow through.
I work with councils, government agencies, health organisations, and developers on social infrastructure, urban precincts, and community buildings.
I’m particularly interested in projects where environmental sustainability and occupant wellbeing are embedded from the outset, not applied later.
I’m a registered architect in New South Wales and California, a Green Star Accredited Professional, and a LEED Accredited Professional.

I’m not a generalist project manager, and I’m not a design architect removed from delivery realities. I’ve spent my career on the client side—understanding what project owners actually need: clarity, alignment, and confidence that what is designed can be delivered.
